to join our Team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end Operations of the Hotel including Front Office, Banquet, Restaurant, Room Service, Bar, House Keeping and Guest Services. Ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure with personalized and memorable touches. Drive sustainability practices aligned with Vijay Park Inn values in daily hotel operations. Supervise, Train and Motivate a small multifunctional team to maintain high service standards. Monitor F&B Operations with focus on Menu Planning, Local Cuisine Integration and Guest Dining Experiences. Manage Budgets, Cost Control and Resource Utilization Effectively. Build strong connections with the local community to enhance cultural experiences for guests. Strong Organizational and Time Management abilities. Ensure compliance with Safety, Hygiene and Statutory requirements at the property. Handle guest feedback with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for service recovery. Collaborate with corporate and regional leadership on initiatives for guest engagement and operational excellence.

Required Skills

Administrative Proficiency:

Competence in administrative tasks like scheduling, correspondence and data management.

Customer Service:

Ability to provide good customer service to tourists and guests.

Language Skills:

Proficiency in local language(s) and possibly other languages like English, Hindi, depending on the tourism office's clientele.

Computer Literacy:

Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office), tourism management systems, and possibly booking plat forms.

Problem-Solving:

Capability to handle queries and issues related to tourism services or information.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management. 15+ years of hospitality experience with at least 10 years in a leadership role (preferably in Above 40 Rooms Handling or luxury homestays). Strong operational knowledge in Front Office, Banquet Halls, Restaurant and Room Service, Bar, Housekeeping, Kitchen Operations, Purchase, Accounts & Finance and Maintenance. Passion for guest engagement and personalized service delivery. Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask with a hands-on management style. Prior star category hotel management experience is a bonus and will be given preference.
