General Manager - Sales & Operations
to lead our sales consultant team and drive revenue growth across multiple business verticals.
In this hybrid consultancy role, you will oversee daily sales operations, ensure consistent performance across calls, meetings, and revenue targets, and maintain operational excellence. The role is designed for professionals who thrive in performance-linked environments and excel at leading and motivating teams.
This is a consultancy engagement offering a fixed + performance-linked retainer, with clear and transparent earnings linked to team results.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide a team of Sales Consultants to meet defined KRAs (Calls, Meetings, and Revenue).
Conduct daily team huddles, review performance reports, and ensure CRM discipline.
Support lead qualification, meeting scheduling, and closure coordination.
Manage outbound communication strategy to drive client engagement and lead conversion.
Maintain up-to-date activity logs and reports in FSPL's CRM/MIS systems.
Monitor call quality, meeting preparation, and conversion ratios for continuous improvement.
Facilitate collaboration between consultants and the management team.
Ensure compliance with FSPL's data security, confidentiality, and reporting standards.
Desired Background
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management, inside sales leadership, or business development supervision.
Proven ability to lead small-to-mid-sized sales teams with measurable performance metrics.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Strong organizational and analytical skills to drive team productivity.
Language proficiency in English (mandatory) and at least one regional language (Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, or Gujarati).
Professional attitude, integrity, and accountability in managing deliverables.
Engagement Model & Schedule
Earning Potential:
Up to ₹90,000/month (?10,80,000 annually)
Work Model:
Hybrid - Minimum 15 days work-from-office (Mumbai base)
Schedule:
Monday - Saturday | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Consultancy (Principal-to-Principal)
Contract Term:
6 months (extendable based on performance)
Tools & Reporting Environment
CRM (lead tracking, pipeline management, meeting records).
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet for collaboration).
Daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards reviewed by management.
