Manage offline sales, walk-in, and referral bookings
Build and maintain partner/vendor relationships
Coordinate pricing strategies and promotional offers
Operations Oversight
Supervise staff, guest experiences, and property operations
Ensure high hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards
Handle guest requirements and emergency situations
Vendor & Team Coordination
Manage vendors and service providers
Ensure smooth internal team communication and SOP adherence
Networking & Representation
Represent the property at business/networking events
Generate business opportunities from such engagements
