Position- General Manager Sales & Operations (Haryana & Chandigarh)
Location Gurgaon (Haryana)
This position would be responsible for managing Profit & Loss of Haryana & Chandigarh Operating Territory based at Gurgaon as a General Manager. Responsible for improving Otis segment share and meeting revenue targets of Haryana & Chandigarh by providing leadership to the team in Sales, Installation and Service function.

• Formulate business strategies and drive Order bookings, Installation activities & Service Operations to deliver desired revenue and operating margin growth from NE, Service & Modernization business.
• Aligning objectives and achievement in line with the Annual Plans pertaining to the operating territory pertaining to various NE, MOD & Service parameters.
• Responsible for driving NE, Service & Mod execution while reviewing progress, handling & interacting with major clients, business processes & collection of payments from clients.
• Be visible in fostering a culture of safety & high standard of ethical behavior through regular participation in TBTs, Connect Sessions, Learn & Live & safety stand-down days. Ensure culture of high ethical awareness and behavior through being visible and vocal with employees on the importance of compliance with Otis Absolutes and all applicable laws. Encouraging & leading the team to conduct Elevator & Escalators safety programs quarterly at Corporates and/or construction sites.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, Team management, P&L acumen, Customer handling. Ability to interact effectively at all levels of management and provide strategic inputs.
• Talent Management for the team, including succession planning.
• Must demonstrate appropriate leadership skills including effective communication, analytical ability, problem solving and business acumen.

Qualifications - Bachelor of engineering , MBA Operations
Year of experience - 20 plus years in elevator industry
