Experience Required:
12+ years in Sales & Marketing (B2B + B2C), preferably in Sports Infra, Construction, Real Estate, or allied industries.
Role Summary:
To lead and drive the complete sales and marketing function for 4K Sports Infra Pvt. Ltd. across India, managing B2B and B2C channels. The role will involve overseeing presales, quotation management, field sales teams, and marketing execution to achieve aggressive growth across institutional, residential, government, and direct-to-customer segments for all sports and infra offerings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership (B2B + B2C)
Develop and execute national sales strategy for both institutional (schools, colleges, builders, government) and individual/residential clients.
Define channel-wise sales plans, revenue targets, and pricing strategies.
Ensure timely closure of sales deals through effective lead handling and pipeline movement.
2. Team Management
Lead and manage the entire sales hierarchy including:
Presales Executives
- for lead generation, CRM handling, client coordination
Quotation & Proposal Team
- for commercial and technical proposal drafting
Field Sales Officers / Area Sales Managers
- across AP, Telangana, and other target regions
Set KPIs, review performance, coach team members, and ensure regional productivity.
3. Presales & Quotation Oversight
Ensure timely, competitive, and accurate proposal submission.
Approve pricing structures and quotation formats in alignment with margins and execution feasibility.
Maintain standardization across B2B and B2C offerings while allowing flexibility for custom packages.
4. Marketing & Promotions
Design and oversee ATL & BTL marketing campaigns to generate leads across target customer bases.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team for geo-targeted online campaigns.
Manage participation in expos, sports events, trade shows, and build brand awareness in niche and mass markets.
5. Key Client Handling
Manage strategic and high-value clients personally (institutions, gated communities, builders).
Ensure account management, satisfaction, and scope expansion through upselling or repeat business.
6. Sales Operations & Customer Service
Monitor the sales-to-execution flow, ensuring proper handover to the project/engineering team.
Collaborate with the execution, finance, and support departments for invoicing, collections, service issues.
Handle client escalations, post-installation queries, and customer retention initiatives.
7. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Regularly monitor competitor pricing, product features, and market trends.
Provide sales forecasts, MIS, dashboards, and performance reports to the management.
Suggest new product offerings, packages, or pricing models based on customer insights.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proven leadership managing both B2B and B2C channels
Deep understanding of consultative, project-based, and direct selling
Commercial acumen to manage pricing, margins, and proposals
Experience working with CRM systems, lead management tools, quotation platforms
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Language: Fluent in English, Telugu, Hindi (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
Prior experience in Sports Infra, EPC, Modular Sports Projects, Real Estate Amenities, or Turnkey Services is highly desirable
