Key Responsibilities
Lead complete P&L for the residential project and ensure revenue targets are met.
Define sales strategy, pricing, marketing plans, and channel partner engagement.
Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams; set targets and monitor performance.
Build and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and investors.
Oversee customer lifecycle: enquiries ? negotiation ? booking ? documentation ? handover.
Coordinate cross-functionally with construction, design, legal, and finance.
Ensure compliance with RERA documentation and reporting.
Present dashboards and sales performance reports to management.
Requirements
10-18+ years of real estate experience
, minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role (AGM / GM / Sales Head).
Experience in residential real estate (Mohali / Chandigarh / Tri city preferred).
Strong leadership, negotiation, decision-making, and team management skills.
Proven record of achieving sales/revenue targets.
Strong network of channel partners and brokers.
