Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager - Sales & Marketing to drive strategic growth, lead high-performing teams, and expand market presence within the electrical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets Identify and explore new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and distribution partners Drive business development efforts and ensure sustained revenue growth Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, setting clear performance goals Mentor and train the team to improve sales techniques and product knowledge Oversee marketing activities including brand positioning, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategy Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and customer insights to inform business decisions Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings Coordinate with product and engineering teams to align offerings with market demands Provide technical support and guidance to both internal teams and customers Ensure strong understanding of product applications and relevant industry standards Prepare and manage departmental budgets and forecasts Track KPIs and sales performance metrics, and report regularly to senior management Optimize cost-effective strategies to maximize ROI and departmental efficiency

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of electrical products, systems, or industrial solutions Proven experience in strategic planning, sales execution, and marketing leadership Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and digital marketing platforms Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?125,000.00 per month
