Define and execute sales & marketing plans aligned with business goals. Drive retail & channel sales, meet volume/revenue targets, manage dealer network. Lead branding, product launches, campaigns (digital & offline), competitor analysis. Strengthen dealer network, ensure training, incentives, and customer experience. Improve satisfaction, handle feedback, ensure strong after-sales support. Manage pricing, budgets, margins, and ROI of marketing spends. Build and mentor a high-performing sales & marketing team. Coordinate with R&D, operations, finance, and service for smooth execution. Explore EV opportunities, digital channels, and new markets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
