Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales and marketing teams.

Revenue Growth:

Set and achieve sales targets, manage budgets, control marketing spend (ROI), and oversee profit centers.

Campaigns & Branding:

Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and managing digital presence (social media, POS).

Client & Market Relations:

Build strong client relationships, expand customer base, and monitor competitor activities.

Reporting & Analysis:

Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and present reports to senior management.
Core Duties

Execute sales plans and marketing initiatives. Manage budgets and resource allocation. Conduct market research and consumer behavior analysis. Collaborate with product development, sales, and other departments. Generate leads and manage the sales funnel.
