Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve volume and revenue targets.
Drive sales for passenger/commercial vehicles through retail, institutional, and fleet channels.
Build, lead, and mentor the sales team across multiple locations or dealerships.
Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions to meet KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations for critical clients.
Collaborate with marketing for promotional campaigns and brand visibility.
Analyze market trends, competition activities, and identify growth opportunities.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure effective vehicle allocation and stock rotation.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and management dashboards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and OEM guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
10-15 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
Proven ability to manage dealer networks, B2C & B2B sales channels.
Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and sales analytics.
Sound understanding of automobile industry dynamics and customer behavior.
