Own the overall sales strategy and P&L for the Tiles Division.
Lead, mentor, and manage the pan-India/regional sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Drive market expansion and dealer/channel development in untapped territories.
Collaborate with marketing on branding, campaigns, and product launches.
Monitor key metrics - sales, collections, margins, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategies.
Present performance reports and growth plans to management.
Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture across the division.
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA with min 10 years' experience in sales & distribution, preferably in tiles, ceramics, or building materials,pipes,paints or hardware items.
Proven track record of handling large teams and driving revenue growth.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
Strong network with dealers, distributors, architects, and institutional buyers.
Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
