General Manager - Sales

to lead our sales function for a project.

Job Summary:



The General Manager - Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful sell in our project. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of the local real estate market, and a proven track record in project sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategic Sales Leadership:

Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve project revenue and inventory targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform sales decisions.

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and managers. Establish performance benchmarks and ensure regular training and development.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), channel partners, and key stakeholders. Personally handle large or strategic clients and high-value negotiations.

Sales Operations:

Manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure. Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives and support lead conversion.

Reporting & Analytics:

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance. Present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all sales transactions are compliant with legal and company policies. Oversee proper documentation and customer handover processes.

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus). Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills. High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer orientation.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
