8-10 years of Sales experience

(Must have experience in Real Estate Industry).

Ability to Forecast, Channel Partner Development and closure of deals.

Proven Real Estate sales experience; Local market and distribution network sales experience is preferred

Strong leadership skills, tenacity, creativity and positivity

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create results driven, team-oriented environment Sound knowledge of Company products, upcoming projects and offers.

Excellent Communication Skills and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
