Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete sales team
Drive monthly and quarterly order booking targets
Identify and execute tendering opportunities
Develop pricing strategies and bid plans
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct weekly sales pipeline and forecasting reviews
Ensure CRM discipline and data accuracy
Expand ATPL's market presence in assigned segments
Required Experience
8-12 years of technical sales experience in test & measurement, electrical testing, or related engineering domains
Strong understanding of tendering and specification-based sales
Proven ability to manage and mentor sales teams
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
