Job Responsibilities:

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics, diagnostics, and repair procedures. Leadership and Management: Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and manage workflows. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff, address concerns, and build relationships. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and ensure timely completion of work. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose issues, develop solutions, and implement changes to improve workshop efficiency. Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Experience: Relevant experience in an automobile dealership or service center. DMS (Dealer Management System) Familiarity: Familiarity with DMS software is often a plus. Greet and attend walk-in customers at the showroom Understand customer needs and explain features, specifications, and pricing of two-wheeler models Conduct test rides and follow-up with leads Maintain showroom proper display of vehicles Close the sale with proper documentation and coordination with the delivery team

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (preferred). Minimum 1 years of experience in automobile service management. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills. Knowledge of modern automobile diagnostics and repair procedures. Ability to manage service operations and achieve business goals.

Experience

: 0-2 years in automobile/two-wheeler sales preferred (Freshers with good communication can be considered)

Age

: 18-30 years
