Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Sales Force Development Officers (FDOs) and Senior FDOs to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Drive recruitment, training, and activation of new insurance advisors and POSPs. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand business growth and market penetration. Monitor team performance, analyze reports, and ensure consistent target achievement. Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and insurance companies. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and motivation sessions. Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance productivity, branding, and customer experience.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Proven track record in sales, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute business plans effectively. Motivational and result-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Team Management. Candidates from the insurance or financial sector will be preferred.
