Chandi Hospitality is launching an exciting restaurant and brewery bar in Mohali, combining craft beer, exceptional cuisine, and innovative cocktails. We aim to create a dynamic venue that delivers unforgettable experiences to food and beverage enthusiasts.

We are seeking a

dynamic, energetic, and experienced General Manager

with expertise in restaurant management, sales, beer, food, and cocktails to lead our operations and bring this vision to life.

Key Responsibilities



Operational Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency across the kitchen, bar, and service teams. Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistent quality in food, beverages, and service.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Develop promotional campaigns, happy hours, and events to drive footfall.

Product Expertise - Food, Beer, and Cocktails:

Curate and enhance the menu to include innovative craft beer pairings and signature cocktails. Collaborate with the chef and brewmaster to maintain high product quality and freshness.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and motivate a team of chefs, bartenders, and service staff to deliver top-tier experiences. Foster a positive work culture and manage team performance effectively.

Customer Experience:

Ensure excellent guest service and handle escalations or complaints promptly. Engage with customers to gather feedback and build a loyal client base.

Financial Oversight:

Manage budgets, control operational costs, and maximize profitability. Track inventory, minimize waste, and optimize resource utilization.

Marketing and Branding:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns for food, beer, and cocktails. Leverage social media and partnerships to enhance the restaurant's visibility.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure adherence to local regulations, including FSSAI, excise, and safety standards. Maintain high standards of hygiene and operational safety.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

10+ years of experience

managing high-end restaurants, bars, or breweries. Strong knowledge of beer brewing processes, cocktails, and food pairing. Proven track record in driving sales and achieving revenue goals. Experience in organizing events and promotional campaigns.

Key Skills



Leadership and team management. Sales and marketing expertise in the F&B sector. Strong understanding of beer, cocktails, and menu engineering. Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
