Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SFDOs and FDOs to achieve monthly and annual business targets. Drive recruitment, training, and business development activities within your region. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients. Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies. Motivate and support the field team to achieve performance excellence. Develop innovative strategies for growth and market expansion.

Who Can Apply

Candidates with experience in

insurance, banking, finance, or sales leadership.
