About the Role:

We are hiring dynamic and ambitious professionals for the position of

General Manager (GM)

in the insurance industry. This is a

field-based leadership role

where you will play a key part in expanding our distribution network and leading high-performance teams across India.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

Build & lead a team of

10 Team Leaders (Sr. FDOs)

Guide Team Leaders to recruit their own

10 FDOs (Sales Executives)

Train and mentor the team to achieve sales targets Monitor and improve sales performance through regular field activity Recruit agents on

commission basis

(optional) Ensure

one insurance policy

is completed for IRDA code generation (Mandatory as per IRDA guidelines)

Salary & Incentives:

Fixed Salary:

?50,000/month

Incentives:

Unlimited (Performance-Based - "Sky is the Limit")

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in

Sales (Field & Team Handling)

Insurance or Finance Industry

background preferred Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills Willingness to work in the

field

and build teams from scratch Immediate joining preferred. Must be ready to complete

1 insurance policy(Health/Term/Life)

to generate IRDA code (mandatory for the job)
