The General Manager (GM) will be responsible for overseeing all departments--including Operations, Sales,Purchase, HR, Finance, Procurement, Customer Support, Marketing and Compliance. The GM will drive business efficiency, operational excellence, and organizational alignment, ensuring all teams meet their strategic and performance goals. This position directly reports to the CEO and acts as the key execution partner for strategic decisions.
Translate CEO's vision into actionable plans across all departments.
Align department goals with company objectives and monitor execution.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure inter-departmental synergy.
Operational Oversight
Oversee daily operations across departments and ensure smooth workflows.
Optimize resource allocation, staffing, tools, and technology to drive efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks, risks, and operational gaps with timely solutions.
Team & Department Management
Guide and support department heads (Sales, HR, Accounts, Admin, etc.).
Monitor departmental KPIs and intervene where performance lags.
Build leadership pipelines and encourage professional development.
Financial & Business Performance
Collaborate with finance to prepare budgets, forecasts, and expense controls.Review business P&L statements and support cost optimization strategies.
Ensure profitability targets and cost-efficiency measures are achieved.
Compliance & Company Policy Enforcement
Ensure adherence to statutory laws (labor laws, PF/ESIC, POSH, etc.).
Monitor internal SOPs, discipline, and policy compliance across teams.
Take corrective action in case of violations or operational risks.
CEO & Stakeholder Reporting
Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates on company-wide performance.
Act as the CEO's representative in internal reviews and external communications as needed.
Lead strategic meetings with key clients, partners, or vendors as delegated.
