Key Responsibilities:
Oversee overall real estate operations including sales, project management, and team performance.
Manage multiple residential and commercial projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Drive sales growth through strategic planning, channel partner management, and marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and government authorities for project approvals and compliance.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and key stakeholders.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to plan business strategies.
Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
10-15 years of experience
in the real estate sector, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Strong knowledge of project execution, sales operations, and RERA guidelines.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proven track record in driving sales and managing large real estate projects.
MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
