Job Summary:



Contour Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, results-driven

General Manager - Sales

to lead our residential real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, leadership qualities, and a proven track record in closing high-value deals and managing large sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy & Execution:


Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.

Team Leadership:


Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.

Client Management:


Maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), investors, and channel partners.

Revenue Generation:


Drive end-to-end sales activities - from lead generation to deal closure.

Site & CRM Management:


Oversee daily operations at project sites, ensure timely follow-ups, and manage CRM systems.

Market Intelligence:


Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to stay ahead in the market.

Reporting:


Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.

Key Requirements:



Minimum

5 years of experience

in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of the Noida and Delhi-NCR real estate market. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms. Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Marketing, Sales, or related field.

Preferred Skills:



Strong network of brokers, agents, and channel partners. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in launching and selling residential/commercial projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
