Job Title:

General Manager - Ready Mix & Construction Chemicals

Location: Hyderabad kondapur

Salary: ₹75,000 - ?1,00,000 per month (based on experience and eligibility)

Job Summary:

The General Manager - Ready Mix & Construction Chemicals will be responsible for overseeing sales, marketing, and business operations for the division. This role involves developing business strategies, leading the sales team, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue growth and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.

Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's presence in the Ready Mix and Construction Chemicals markets.

Identify and explore new business opportunities in infrastructure, real estate, and industrial construction sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, developers, consultants, and distributors.

Monitor market trends, competitor strategies (including MYK Laticrete, Fosroc, Sika, etc.), and customer needs to guide business decisions.

Drive product promotion, branding, and technical presentations to strengthen market presence.

Ensure effective coordination between sales, production, logistics, and technical teams for seamless operations.

Guide the sales team in lead generation, customer follow-up, pricing, and negotiation.

Prepare and present monthly business performance reports to senior management.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, product quality, and brand reputation.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.

General Requirements:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities.

Proven track record in sales management, business development, or general management roles.

Ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve performance goals.

Willingness to travel for client meetings, market visits, and promotional events.

Qualification & Experience:

Qualification: Graduate / MBA (preferably in Marketing or Business Management).

Experience: 10-15 years in Sales, Marketing, or General Management -- preferably in Ready Mix, Construction Chemicals, or allied building materials industries.

Gender: Male / Female.

Compensation:

Salary Range: ₹75,000 - ?1,00,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and performance).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
