Key Responsibilities:
QMS Implementation & Compliance: Ensure comprehensive QMS implementation, maintain audit readiness, and achieve required certifications.
Customer Quality Management: Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, manage audits, and drive effective feedback resolution.
Supplier Quality Management: Develop and execute supplier audit programs, monitor performance, and implement robust RCA and improvement mechanisms.
In-Process & Final Inspection: Strengthen inspection systems with poka-yoke solutions, enhance traceability, and ensure zero-defect delivery.
New Product Development (APQP & PPAP): Drive quality integration across NPD stages through risk analysis, APQP, and PPAP approvals.
Team & Talent Development: Build team capability through structured upskilling in audits, problem-solving, and lean methodologies.
Continuous Improvement (CI), Kaizen, 5S, TPM: Implement structured continuous improvement programs across all sites to enhance efficiency and quality performance.
Warranty & Customer Satisfaction: Analyze field failures, minimize warranty claims, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.
Lab, ESD & Testing Compliance: Maintain high-performing labs, ensure ESD-protected environments, and uphold testing compliance standards.
Regulatory & Environmental Compliance: Align QMS with ISO 14001, RoHS, and all applicable statutory and environmental regulations.
Experience: 15-20 Years; Automotive Electronics Manufacturing Industry preferred
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Mechanical; Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; ISO/TS Certified Lead Auditor
