Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager (GM) to lead our business operations with a focus on growth, efficiency, and sustainability. The GM will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for driving strategic initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the company's vision and long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

• Drive the development and execution of business strategies to achieve growth, profitability, and sustainability goals.
• Work closely with the leadership team to align company operations with long-term strategic plans.
• Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive advantages to strengthen business positioning.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting systems for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, corporate governance, and risk management policies.

Financial Management

• Manage P&L responsibilities with accountability for revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost control.
• Prepare, monitor, and optimize budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Drive resource allocation to maximize ROI across business functions.

People & Culture

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to achieve business goals and professional growth.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Implement talent development and succession planning to strengthen organizational capabilities.

Business Development & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, partners, and industry leaders.
• Drive business expansion through strategic partnerships, alliances, and new market entry.
• Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and networking events.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree in Business Administration / Management / Operations / related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior general management or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering business growth, operational efficiency, and organizational transformation.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
