We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve overall performance, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the business or department.
Supervise staff, assign responsibilities, and evaluate performance.
Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and efficiency.
Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and ensure cost-effective operations.
Maintain high standards of customer service and address client issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Collaborate with department heads to align goals and drive company success.
Analyze business reports and provide actionable insights to improve productivity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Hotel Management, BBA in Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
5 to 7 years of experience in a managerial, supervisory, or leadership role in a hotel industry is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and achieve targets.
Familiarity with business operations, budgeting, and reporting tools.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in real estate industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or business management software.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
