Job Description

Site & Construction Management:

Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordinating with site management activities.

Identifying & developing alternate contractors for timely completion of project.

Steering the creation of designs, conceptual & schematic plans for layout and interfacing with consultants & management for approval of the same.

Coordinating with Contractors / Architect / consultants and providing with the detailed construction documents

Initiating detailed execution at sight, checking of contractor's bill, finalization of contractor's claims etc.

Ensuring that equipment / materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality.

Implementing QA / QC procedures, Total Quality Management principles and checks. Conduct Audits to ensure adherence to Quality and Safety norms across the entire course of project execution.

Co-ordination

:

Responsible for coordination with the engineering, purchase and finance department for design & drawing specification, dispatch of materials at site's, raising invoice and payment.

Coordinating with staff and contractors on site for project progress.

Contract Management:

Settling of all techno-commercial disputes / clarifications during execution of project.

Deploying review systems to manage execution as per effective techno-economic feasibility.

Overseeing client invoice submission, monitoring and following up of invoice payments

Erection & Commissioning:

Executing erection and commissioning of Mechanical Equipment, followed by trial runs.

Identifying project bottlenecks and undertaking proactive measures.

Ensuring effective site management and discipline to ensure safe & timely execution of the projects.

Erection and commissioning of equipment, followed by trial runs meeting targeted performance/ quality & quantity parameters.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?2,400,000.00 - ?4,000,000.00 per year
