Qualification : BE/ B. Tech Civil Engineering Experience : 15-20 years in Residential Projects Age : Around 40 - 45 years This position is based at Project construction site in Hyderabad. Key Skills: - Well experienced in Construction Management & project management Techniques - Planning, organizing, monitoring and scheduling integrated technical services on large residential projects; premium Villas/Row houses/High raise apartments. - Quality assurance, MIS, Works break up strategy & Facilitating contracts management. Jobs & Responsibilities: Construction projects within the project scheduled timelines & cost Meeting efficiency and project quality plan targets Driving adherence to value system of the organization Supervise inventory management to curtail all forms of wastage. Managing contractors and contract staff of Structural, civil, finishes, MEP services Conducting construction Reviews with all contractors and derive the action plans Coordinate with Architect and other Consultants for as built drawings Development of detailed work execution plan civil, MEP & finishing work aligning with committed schedules Interfacing in case of any technical issues of the project with stake holders. Adherence to implement procedures and systems set on the project. Ensure incident free Operations by following strictly the safe working practices at site Expected Competencies and Experience Experience in lead role for Construction of Residential High rise tower projects & Premium Villa projects from inception to hand over. Handled rapid construction methods on previous projects including modular Aluminum formwork systems, Tunnel forms etc., for buildings 25 to 40 floors. Must have managed cross functional and diverse teams in the past. Should possess leadership, negotiation, and persuasion skills Values trustworthiness, holistic waste elimination and output orientation People who are having relevant experience in Middle East & Gulf is preferred.
