Key Responsibilities
Act as the
face of the company
, introducing our mining capabilities to potential clients, contractors, and government agencies.
Secure new
contracts and partnerships
in iron ore mining.
Ensure
compliance with mining laws, permits, and environmental regulations
.
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and mobilize manpower/resources.
Lead the
project setup phase
- camp establishment, local hiring, equipment deployment, and logistics.
Represent the company at
industry forums, client meetings, and regulatory discussions
.
Hand over developed projects to the
Production & Operations team
for execution.
Provide regular
reports and business intelligence
to top management.
Requirements
Bachelor's / Master's in
Mining Engineering / Business / Project Management
.
15+ years of experience
in mining (iron ore preferred), with exposure to
project development & client acquisition
.
Strong network with mining industry stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of
mining compliance, licensing, and regulatory frameworks
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and representation skills.
Ability to manage multicultural teams and work in remote locations.
