Responsibilities

? Spearheading engineering & construction activities with optimum resource utilization & in the stipulated time frame

Able to handle multiple large scale industrial and commercial projects
? Maintaining safety and quality norms of international standards

? Establishing excellent customer relationship by executing contract administration & timely response their queries

? Working with a strong vigilance towards any potential hazards by performing regular inspections and ensuring adherenceto health & safety parameters as per the rules & regulations

? Managing entire construction activities while providing technical inputs for latest construction methodologies

? Liaising with consultants, contractors, team members & other officials for ensuring effectiveness of site activities

? Discerning and managing risks in the projects, as well as planning for contingencies

? Reviewing & analyzing tender documents and scope of work provided by the client

? Planning daily schedules, finalizing vendors for the work, procuring material & monitoring the project till execution

? Obtaining final approval of Interim Invoice submitted by Subcontractors

? Submitting variation, claims and follow-up with consultant for approval

? Completing estimation of all projects at post tendering stage & finalizing cost with the Project Manager

? Enquiries for specialized works, commercial comparison of quotations received, checking compatibility of technical specifications of quotations received

? Liaising with other departments for finalization of specialized works by negotiating with suppliers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
