General Manager - Production Plant

Key Responsibilities:

1? Oversee complete plant operations with focus on

quality, efficiency & timely delivery

2? Lead and mentor

production, quality, and maintenance teams

3? Ensure

cost control, safety, and statutory compliance

.
4? Implement

modern manufacturing practices

and guide teams with hands-on expertise.
5? Support business growth by aligning

plant output with market requirements

Candidate Profile:

? Retired professional with a

Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering

.
?

20+ years

of proven experience in plant/production management.
? Strong

leadership and mentoring skills

.
? Background in

Printing, Stationery, FMCG, or related industries

preferred.
