We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our entire manufacturing operations, ensure optimal productivity, and lead the company toward sustained growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, detailed knowledge of biscuit manufacturing processes, and a proven track record in operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day plant operations including production, quality assurance, inventory, and logistics. Develop and implement efficient manufacturing strategies to meet production goals. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and industry regulations. Manage budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation. Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team. Work closely with R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain departments for continuous improvement. Drive innovation, streamline processes, and enhance product quality.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Management, or related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in FMCG manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Hands-on experience in biscuit or bakery production processes. Strong knowledge of quality control standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP). Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in production software and MS Office.
