Job Description

Responsible for the overall management of Plant which includes new projects, production, preventive maintenance, quality control of finished goods as well as Raw materials, R&D for process improvement, material & manpower management. Control of all concerned functional departments to ensure that production outputs meet set quality and forecast requirement of the plant. Responsible for teamwork with coordinating with all departments head of the Factory. Erection of hot Rolling Mill, Production, preventive maintenance, technical analysis of unexpected breakdown, operational management, Team building. Arrangement of manpower like Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Foreman, Fitter etc. Committed to guaranteed production as per Mill capacity. Implementing control systems for incoming materials to enhance quality of products & reduce rejection rate. Strong monitoring & follow-up of dispatch of finished goods. Checking authenticity of daily management report (DMR) of all departments. Executing various techniques for cycle time reduction, analysis of data and implementation Controlling down time of machines by doing preventive maintenance, regular checks & geometrical accuracy as per plan. Experience person prefeed into Rolling Mill Plant, SMS Plant and Tube Plant.
