Job Description

The Deputy General Manager is responsible for managing daily operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring effective coordination across all departments. The role focuses on production, sales, inventory, dispatch, and performance monitoring to achieve organizational targets and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily operational activities across all departments.

Collect and review daily reports from all departments

and submit consolidated reports to top management.

Set targets for all departments

in line with company goals and business plans.

Monitor departmental performance

and ensure targets are met effectively. Achieve assigned

sales targets

and ensure consistent

monthly sales growth

. Coordinate with employees and department heads to ensure smooth workflow. Supervise

production, stock, and dispatch

of interlocking wall bricks. Oversee

production, inventory, and dispatch

of interlocking wall brick-making machines. Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards. Maintain optimal inventory levels and control stock movement. Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency. Support management in strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field 5-10 years of relevant experience in operations, production, or sales management Experience in the construction or engineering industry is preferred
