We are looking for a highly experienced Civil Engineering professional from the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) industry to lead and establish a new PEB business vertical. The role involves complete responsibility for strategy, sales, operations, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the new PEB business division from scratch.
Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth.
Identify and acquire new clients, projects, and channel partners.
Manage the full PEB project cycle -- enquiry, proposal, execution, and handover.
Build and supervise sales, technical, and project teams.
Coordinate with design, engineering, and fabrication teams.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and pricing models.
Represent the company in industry forums to strengthen market presence.
Desired Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 15+ years of PEB industry experience.
Strong background in PEB sales, business development, or operations.
Excellent understanding of PEB design, manufacturing, and erection processes.
Proven leadership skills and strong industry network.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to set up and scale a business.
Strong negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹107,315.97 per month
