We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager (Overseas) with a strong background in overseas consultancy and recruitment. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in overseas manpower consultancy and a proven track record in handling end-to-end recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations and employee performance.
Develop, implement, and monitor strategies for overseas recruitment and consultancy.
Handle client management, ensuring long-term partnerships and business growth.
Ensure compliance with legal, industry, and international recruitment standards.
Lead and motivate the team to achieve organizational goals and KPIs.
Manage reporting and overall organizational efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience in overseas consultancy and overseas recruitment industry.
Strong knowledge of international recruitment processes, documentation, and compliance.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Strong client relationship management experience.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in overseas consultancy/recruitment.
Prior managerial or leadership experience in a similar industry.
