General Manager - OTT Benefits Location: Hybrid (Home-Based and Office \xe2\x80\x93 Delhi, India) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Negotiable per year Vacation: Paid time off Schedule: Mondays to Fridays Experience: Broadcast/ OTT/ Media operations 10 years (Required) Job Role: This role requires a unique blend of talent, leadership and attention to detail. We are looking at someone who is comfortable being both creative and analytical. You need to have an entrepreneurial mind-set and an urgency to execute ideas. We want to rewrite the media playbook for both viewers and advertisers. We have an innovative new media company that will serve the greater good of our communities. Across platforms, we want to tell empowering stories; conduct impactful investigations and deliver innovative marketing solutions. We are looking to build OTT platforms that offer innovative solutions to help businesses reach consumers across television, digital and over-the-top (OTT) platforms. Responsibilities:

• Overall success of the OTT platforms, with full accountability for content, sales, brand and operations across all platforms.
• Develop short, intermediate and long-range revenue and audience strategies to grow market share and engagement across platforms.
• Define and execute the company\xe2\x80\x99s vision and strategy to ensure EuroNoxx Reserves\xe2\x80\x99 media arm is positioned as a leader in the market.
• Be the cross functional leader across news, marketing, sales and engineering to ensure business execution excellence.
• Maximize profit opportunities with core business and digital business by designing and delivering programming that drives ratings and revenue growth globally.
• Work directly with the sales department and clients to provide successful customer solutions.
• Develop and manage the annual budgets, including accurate forecasting.
• Identify and deliver opportunities to grow multi-platform content and distribution capabilities across various time-zones.
• Provide leadership in the local and global community and build relationships with staff, advertisers and viewers.
• Define talent strategy for the OTT Platforms; recruit and retain strong leaders and memorable talent that represent diverse local/global communities.
• Develop and coach direct reports to build a strong culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure high-potential talent for critical roles are prepared to lead the organization in the future.

Requirements:

• MBA with at least 10 years work experience.
• Major in IT / computer science will be a plus
• Experience in Broadcast/OTT/media operations
• Experience building high-performing & diverse teams, developing staff and fostering a culture of excellence and ownership.
• Proven track record of successful leadership, innovation and goal achievement.
• Embrace and lead through uncertainty and change to position your team for success.
• Top-notch critical thinking skills and data-driven decision-making capability.
• Excellent judgment, role model and community leader.
• Mastery of planning, prioritizing and achieving financial and strategic objectives.
