The GM will oversee daily functioning, staff performance, guest satisfaction, and overall business growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage complete day-to-day restaurant operations.
Lead and supervise FOH & BOH teams.
Maintain high service standards, hygiene, grooming, and guest experience.
Handle guest feedback and ensure quick resolution of issues.
Prepare staff schedules, conduct daily briefings, and ensure discipline.
Drive sales, upselling, and promotional activities.
Monitor stock levels, cost control, and daily operational reports.
Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and maintenance teams for smooth functioning.
Requirements:
3-5 years
of experience as Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager/GM.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good understanding of restaurant operations & customer service.
Well-groomed, confident, and able to manage a high-footfall outlet.
