Steel Wire industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring production efficiency, and leading teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end plant operations with a focus on productivity, quality, and cost optimization. Lead production planning, process improvement, and resource management. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and statutory requirements. Implement best practices in maintenance, process control, and efficiency improvement. Motivate and guide teams to deliver results within deadlines.

Requirements

? B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
? 8-9 years of experience in

Steel Wire industry

? Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
? Hands-on technical expertise with ability to troubleshoot and improve processes.
? A go-getter attitude - able to

get work done efficiently
