Key Responsibilities



Performance Monitoring & Growth:

Track key metrics (patient volume, satisfaction, revenue) and provide actionable insights to improve operations and support expansion.

Customer & Stakeholder Relations:

Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints; build strong relationships with parents, vendors, and external partners.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure adherence to safety, HR, and data protection policies, and manage any operational risks proactively.

Community & Engagement Initiatives:

Support marketing, outreach, and customer-focused programs to enhance the centre's presence and reputation.

Manage Daily Operations:

Supervise facilities, maintenance, and all centre activities to ensure smooth functioning.

Staff & Scheduling Coordination:

Coordinate with therapists, support staff, parents, HODs, and admin to maintain efficient workflows and prepare therapy schedules.

Inventory & Facility Oversight:

Maintain supplies, equipment, and facility upkeep; ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health protocols.

Requirements



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinic management software . Proficiency in Telugu and English is a must; Hindi speaking is an added advantage. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
