will lead complete plant operations at the Sarigam (GIDC) facility, ensuring production targets, strict quality compliance, manpower discipline, and operational efficiency. The role requires strong leadership to drive continuous improvement, zero-defect quality, and optimized process control in a large-scale wire and engineering manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production & Operations Management
Lead day-to-day plant production with planned output execution.
Ensure
daily production targets are achieved accurately
as per customer and company requirements.
Conduct daily production review meetings and track performance KPIs.
Improve machine utilization, reduce wastage, and enhance OEE.
2. Maintenance & Process Reliability
Plan and supervise
preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
with zero compromise.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize breakdowns and avoid downtime.
Approve maintenance rescheduling only with proper justification and without affecting production.
3. Quality Assurance & Zero-Error Culture
Maintain strict quality standards with
zero-error tolerance
.
Ensure root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Quality & R&D teams for continuous improvement.
4. Manpower Deployment & Factory Discipline
Ensure proper deployment of manpower across shifts and production lines.
Coordinate with HR for skilled workforce planning, attendance, and discipline.
Maintain a strong disciplinary and safety culture on the shop floor.
5. Safety, Compliance & Factory Management
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, compliance, and statutory requirements.
Promote a safe working environment with strict SOP implementation.
Coordinate with Security, HR, and Administration for factory discipline enforcement.
6. MIS, Reporting & Leadership
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly factory reports to the Deputy CEO & MD.
Present action plans for productivity improvement, risk management, and cost optimization.
Lead cross-functional coordination between PPC, Maintenance, Quality, HR, and Dispatch.
12+ years in manufacturing operations from:

Strong experience in factory operations, manpower management & quality systems.
