We are hiring a GM - Operations to lead plant-wide operations, performance improvement, and process optimization.
Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end plant operations
Improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Implement lean manufacturing and process improvements
Coordinate across production, sales, procurement, and finance
Prepare MIS and operational performance reports
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering/Operations
12-18 years operational leadership experience
Corrugation/packaging background preferred
Strong analytical and leadership skills

Pay: ?403,048.97 - ?1,024,831.65 per year
