Qualification: BE Mechanical

Experience: 10.00 to 15.00 years

Location: Near Vadodara

Salary: 20.00 to 30.00 Lacs PA

Prefer Industries: Pharma Packaging / Rubber Products



Lead and oversee overall operations, manufacturing, and engineering functions. Experience in QMS / ISO Management & its implementation Process orientation & exposure to rubber products desirable
Required Skills

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong coordination and team management capabilities. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Gujarati language proficiency is mandatory.
