Job Description

Key Responsibilities Operational Management

Lead and manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho etc.). Oversee order management, product listings, Ads, pricing, promotions, and stock availability. Drive operational excellence by setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and implementing process improvements.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Manage and mentor cross-functional teams (listing, Ads, customer service) . Collaborate with marketing, sales, and tech teams to support growth initiatives and campaigns. Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Strategy & Growth

Develop operational strategies to drive revenue, optimize costs, and enhance profitability. Identify and implement automation tools and technologies to improve efficiency. Track and analyze performance data to guide decision-making and forecast future growth. Expand marketplace presence by identifying new platforms and business opportunities.

Compliance & Quality

Ensure compliance with e-commerce policies, platform guidelines, and legal requirements. Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve escalations effectively. Oversee quality control processes for product listings, .

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and people management skills. In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart etc.). Proven expertise in operations, logistics, and supply chain management. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field. 8-12 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated track record of managing large teams and scaling operations. Hands-on experience in ERP, WMS, and other e-commerce tools will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
