We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager - Operations to oversee the complete functioning of our restaurant, including Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH). The ideal candidate should be a strong leader with excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage daily operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall restaurant operations (FOH & BOH).
o Ensure exceptional customer service and smooth guest experience.
o Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
o Oversee administrative tasks: payroll, inventory management, financial reporting.
o Maintain and enforce all food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
o Support and participate in restaurant marketing and local brand promotions.
o Train, guide, and mentor new hires and existing staff.
o Manage HR duties including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management (preferred).
"7-20" years of experience in the restaurant/food service industry.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant technology, including POS systems.
