Assist in managing day-to-day business operations
Coordinate between marketing, production, quality, and administration teams
Support business development for laminated plastic pouch and FMCG packaging products
Monitor order execution, timelines, and customer satisfaction
Prepare MIS reports, sales data, and operational summaries
Communicate with clients and vendors professionally
Support implementation of business strategies and process improvements
Travel across South India for client meetings and business support
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA from a recognized institution (Freshers welcome)
Good communication and language skills
Basic understanding of manufacturing or packaging industry preferred
Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel and learn business operations
Positive attitude and leadership potential
