Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

: Direct daily activities, ensuring smooth service in reception, housekeeping, F&B, etc., and managing maintenance and supplies.

Financial Management

: Develop budgets, control expenditure, set targets, analyze sales, and manage profitability.

Staff Leadership

: Recruit, train, motivate, schedule, and supervise all staff, fostering a strong service culture.

Guest Relations

: Ensure exceptional guest experiences, handle complaints, resolve issues, and build loyalty.

Sales & Marketing

: Develop strategies to promote the hotel, attract guests, and achieve revenue goals.

Strategic Planning

: Set long-term goals, monitor industry trends, and implement new initiatives for growth and competitiveness.

Compliance

: Ensure adherence to health, safety, security regulations, and licensing laws.

Stakeholder Relations

: Build relationships with owners, vendors, and the local community.
