Operational Management
Supervise all hospital departments including housekeeping, security, front office, and facility management.
Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, IPD, OT, ICU, pharmacy, and diagnostic services.
Monitor and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute operational strategies.
Drive initiatives to improve patient footfall, service quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols.
Lead internal audits and quality improvement programs.
Financial Oversight
Manage budgets, optimize resource utilization, and control operational costs.
Oversee procurement, vendor contracts, and inventory management.
Staff & Stakeholder Coordination
Supervise recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of non-clinical staff.
Liaise with government bodies, insurance providers, and external partners (especially in PPP models).
