The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing profit & loss, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining quality standards, controlling food costs, and supervising food production. Key Responsibilities:
Profit & Loss Management:
Monitor and control restaurant budgets, revenue, and expenses.
Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Prepare and present regular P&L reports to management.
Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
Quality Control:
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Implement and monitor compliance with food safety and health regulations.
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
Food Production & Cost Control:
Supervise kitchen operations and coordinate with chefs on menu planning.
Monitor food preparation processes to maintain consistency and quality.
Control food cost, inventory, wastage, and vendor relationships.
Leadership & Team Management:
Motivate and guide team members to achieve operational excellence.
Foster a positive and professional work environment.
Conduct training sessions to improve staff performance and service standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership.
Strong knowledge of P&L management, food cost control, and operational processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments.
