Position: General Manager Hotel Operations

Dass Continental is a leading 4-star business class hotel in Thrissur, known for exceptional hospitality, fine dining, and professional service. We are looking for an experienced General Manager with a proven track record in hotel operations to lead our team and drive business excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across all departments. Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through quality service standards. Manage budgets, cost control, and revenue growth strategies. Lead, motivate, and train department heads and staff. Implement operational policies and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Monitor hotel performance, analyze reports, and take corrective actions when needed. Coordinate with sales & marketing to maximize occupancy and revenue. Ensure smooth functioning of housekeeping, F&B, kitchen, and front office.
Requirements:

10 years of experience in the hotel industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role. Strong background in hotel operations and guest relations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets. Knowledge of hospitality software and operational systems.
Salary: Best in the industry, based on experience.
